hello I'm Michael Torres

I’m an American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association certified trainer.


I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 7 years, I’ve worked for many prestigious gyms like LA Fitness and Golds Gym, but I always knew I wanted to offer more than these gyms allowed. Coming from a background of being overweight, having no confidence, and being bullied, my passion for training comes from not wanting others to be in the difficult mental, emotional, and physical conditions that come from being unhealthy in any way.

Everyone has the mental and physical strength to look and feel great, whether you know it or not, whether you yourself believe it or not. Whether you’re 18 or 60, my goal is to unlock this potential that you’ve always had. So that you can finally realize how strong you really are, how strong you’ve ALWAYS been.

I stared training with Micheal after he was recommended by one of my friends. We met and talked about my goals and what training would work for me. After that I started training  with Micheal  twice a week and twice a week myself. At first it was hard, but he would always motivate me and give me his support. My experience with Michael was amazing! My first obstacle was the language(English), so since he’s bilingual that was so much help. He taught me about different forms of training, gave me nutritional guidance, and he always motivated me to reach my goals. I still follow his advice and I recommend him. If you want a big change in your life and if you happen to speak Spanish, he is the best!

Truth be told I have always hated working out. As I was approaching my 50th birthday I committed to working out and trying to be the best version of me by 50. Working out with Michael proved to be successful. He made it fun while still pushing me not to quit. He provided great workouts and healthier meal options. He catered the workouts to my end goal and kept in mind any past injuries I had which may have limited me with some movements in reaching. Thanks to his love and dedication for what he does, I was able to continue with a better way of life with workouts and nutrition.
